    Job Description
    Full Time, 40 Hrs./Wk         Starting pay $12/Hour
    Performs repetitive work in a single station to cut and or finish raw material into finished product. Responsible for the production of a variety of manufactured products. This position is a support role for several areas of the warehouse, including but not limited to production, quality and assembly.

    • Must be able to consistently meet daily production quotas and quality standards as well.
    • Must be able to operate both sides of Winding machine.
    • Must be able to recognize products that do not meet quality or company standards. Notifies department lead and/or supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunction.
    • Responsible for moving products form the production area to other locations in the warehouse through the use of pallet jacks and carts.
    • Must have a strong attention to detail, have  good eye-sight and hand-eye coordination, and be highly motivated and dependable.
    • Responsible for starting and stopping equipment, shrink wrap finished products and stack finished products appropriately onto skids individually or boxed.
    • Responsible for job knowledge and tally counts of production.
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Wears PPE in accordance with training guidelines.
    • Maintain prompt and regular attendance
    • Maintains the highest ethical standards. Works in compliance with all company guidelines as well as all OSHA standards.
    • Maintains job knowledge of different materials that are produced and there specifications


    • Performs and assists other areas as required or assigned.


    • Understands and follows basic verbal and written instructions.
    • Must be flexible and reliable
    • Work well independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative environment.
    • Maintain the production pace of other team members.
    • Prompt and regular attendance


    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must be able to read and understand instructions both verbal and written.
    • Must have basic math skills
    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. Employee must be able to sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands. Occasionally required to walk throughout building.
    Employee must regularly lift and or move 10 lbs., frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally team lift 100 lbs.
    Must be able to work in a manufacturing / warehousing environment (including extreme heat and humidity). 

    Does not supervise others.
