protect public health and maintain clean, safe workplaces. We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor /
Team Lead to oversee and support our cleaning technicians.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise cleaning staff and ensure procedures and standards are followed
• Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning methods and safety practices
• Conduct quality checks and address service issues promptly
• Perform cleaning duties when necessary
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to work at least 4-hour shifts (AM or PM)
• Strong dependability and leadership skills
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred
• Ability to train, support, and motivate team members
• Commitment to a cleaning-for-health approach
